Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

- "Clinic" refers to Vivekananda Health Global Trivandrum, a pain management clinic offering Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, and Acupuncture services.
- "Client" refers to the individual receiving treatment at the Clinic.
- "Session" refers to a scheduled appointment or class at the Clinic.
- "Fees" refers to the charges for services provided by the Clinic.

2. Session Schedule and Timing

- Sessions are scheduled as per the Clinic's availability and the Client's preference.
- The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Clients are expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled session time.
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and the session may be rescheduled or cancelled.

3. Services and Treatment

- The Clinic offers Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, and Acupuncture services.
- Clients are required to undergo a mandatory consultation before any session, wherein they are to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to commencing treatment.
- The Clinic's Consultant will assess and provide treatment accordingly, but the client is responsible for informing them of any changes in their condition. 
- Clients are expected to follow the treatment plan and advice provided by the Clinic's practitioners. However they may chose a different service of their own after signing up a disclosure.

4. Injury and Liability

- The Clinic is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained by the Client during or after treatment, as physical movement regimens are naturally prone to such injuries. However, it is our top priority to take special care to prevent any such injuries.
- Clients are required to inform the Clinic immediately if they experience any discomfort, pain, or injury during or after treatment.

5. Fees and Payment

- Fees for services are as per the services chosen at the Clinic and are subject to change.
- Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- The Clinic accepts UPI, cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may forfeit the fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
- No refunds will be given for missed sessions or late cancellations.

7. Package Deals and Memberships

- Package deals and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The Clinic reserves the right to modify or discontinue package deals and memberships at any time.

8. Health and Safety

- Clients are required to follow the Clinic's health and safety guidelines.
- The Clinic is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. Confidentiality

- The Clinic maintains confidentiality of Client records and information.

10. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

- The Clinic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any changes.

By availing of the Clinic's services, Clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
