Accessibility statement

Last updated 1 August 2026

A good part of the people who come to us have limited mobility, pain, or are managing a health condition. A website they cannot use is a poor start. We build this one to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and at large text sizes.

What we do

  • Text and background colours meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast in both light and dark modes
  • Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring
  • A skip link goes straight to the main content
  • Images that carry meaning have alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
  • Headings run in order so a screen reader can navigate the page structure
  • Animation is limited, and is switched off entirely if your device requests reduced motion
  • The site respects your system light or dark preference, and you can override it
  • Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide

Where we fall short

Some photographs carried over from our previous website have limited alternative text. We are working through them. If you hit something that does not work, we would rather hear about it than have you give up on the page.

Tell us

Call +91 83048 00020 or message us on WhatsApp and describe what happened. We will fix it, and in the meantime we will give you the same information over the phone.
