This policy covers www.vhgtvm.com, operated by Tone Wellness Solutions Private Limited for Vivekananda Health Global Thiruvananthapuram. It explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number and any message you choose to provide, along with which programme or concern you selected. We ask you not to send detailed medical records through this website. Bring those to your consultation instead.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by telephone, that conversation is handled through those services under their own terms.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It records device type, approximate location, the pages you visit and how you arrived. IP addresses are anonymised by Google. We do not use this to identify you personally.

Why we hold it

• To keep a record of what you asked us, so you do not have to repeat yourself
• To understand which parts of this site are useful and which are not

If you apply for a job

When you apply through our careers pages we collect your name, email address, phone number, the years of experience and message you choose to give, and the resume file you attach. We record the moment you ticked the consent box on the form, because that tick is the basis on which we hold any of it.

We use it only to consider you for the role you applied to and to contact you about it. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not pass it to recruiters or job boards.

Your resume is stored separately from the rest of the site's data and is not published anywhere. It can only be opened by a signed-in member of staff at this centre. There is no public web address for it.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details are seen by the practitioners and administrative staff at this centre. Job applications are seen by the staff involved in hiring for that role. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to advertisers or third-party marketers.

The website is hosted by Netlify, form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, job applications and resumes are stored on Netlify, notification emails are sent through Resend, and analytics are processed by Google. Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as you remain in contact with the centre, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.

Job applications are kept while the role is open and for up to six months after it closes, in case a similar role comes up. When a job listing is deleted, every application to it and every resume attached is erased at the same time. You can ask us to erase yours sooner and we will.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Write to us using the contact details below and we will respond.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, or by blocking analytics scripts in your browser.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie only for Google Analytics, plus a local browser setting that remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.
