These terms govern your use of www.vhgtvm.com and the services offered at Vivekananda Health Global Thiruvananthapuram, operated by Tone Wellness Solutions Private Limited.

Everything published here is general information. It is not a diagnosis, not a prescription and not a treatment plan for you specifically. Nothing on this site replaces consultation with a qualified medical practitioner.

Our services are complementary to medical treatment, not a substitute for it. None of the programmes described here involve the practice of medicine or take the place of medical consultation. If you are receiving treatment for any condition, continue it, and discuss any change with the doctor who prescribed it.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not promise that any programme will cure, reverse or prevent any condition. Response to yoga therapy, physiotherapy and acupuncture varies between people, and we will not put a figure on your recovery. Where research is cited on this site, the source and its date are stated alongside the claim so you can read it yourself.

Your responsibility before you practise

Tell us about every medical condition, medication, injury, surgery and pregnancy before you begin. Practice is adapted on the basis of what you disclose, so an incomplete history puts you at risk. Stop immediately and tell the practitioner if you feel pain, dizziness or breathlessness during a session.

If your presentation needs medical investigation before therapy, we will say so at the consultation, and we may decline to begin treatment until you have seen a doctor.

Consultations, fees and cancellation

• The consultation is charged at ₹300 and carries no obligation to enrol. If you go on to join a group batch, that ₹300 is deducted from the ₹1,000 registration fee. Private therapies carry no registration fee.
• Group session fees are published on the fees page and are payable in advance for the period booked.
• Individual therapy is quoted after assessment, and you will have the figure before you commit.
• Please give notice if you cannot attend a booked individual session so the slot can be reallocated.
• Fees are subject to change. Any change is notified before it applies to you.

Online sessions

Online batches run at the same times as sessions at the centre. You are responsible for a safe practice space, a stable connection and a position where the practitioner can see you well enough to correct you. We cannot supervise what we cannot see.

The text, photographs, logos and design of this site belong to Tone Wellness Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. The Vivekananda Health Global mark is used under the terms of our relationship with the brand owner. Do not reproduce material from this site without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
