We discuss your concern, assess what you can comfortably do and suggest a plan. If we cannot help, we will say so here rather than sell you a package.
Joining group yoga: ₹1,000 once
A one-time registration fee when you enrol in a group batch. Your ₹300 consultation comes off it, so if you have already been assessed you pay ₹700. In practice that makes the consultation free for anyone who joins.
Individual therapy: quoted on your plan
Therapeutic yoga, physiotherapy and acupuncture are quoted once we know how many sessions you need and how often. There is no registration fee on any private therapy. Quoting a figure before seeing you would be guesswork.
You can try a group class free first. Ask for a demo session when you call. Sit in on a batch, meet the teacher and decide afterwards.
Batch timings
Seven batches a day, Monday to Friday. Every batch runs at the centre and online at the same time.
Morning
- 5:55 am to 6:55 am Open batch

- 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm Seniors and therapeutic

Questions about fees
What do I pay before I have committed to anything?
₹300 for the consultation. That is the whole of it. You decide afterwards whether to start, and if you join a group batch the ₹300 comes off the registration fee.
Can I try a class before paying for the month?
Yes. Ask for a demo group session and sit in on a batch before you decide. For a specific complaint we will still want the consultation first, because putting someone into the wrong batch helps nobody.
Is online cheaper than attending the centre?
Yes, for group batches. Online is ₹1,750 a month against ₹2,500 at the centre, same batch and same teacher. Individual therapy is the same fee either way.
Is there a registration fee?
₹1,000 once, for group yoga only, and your ₹300 consultation is deducted from it. Private therapy carries no registration fee at all.
What does an individual therapy plan cost?
It depends on how many sessions you need and how often, which is what the assessment establishes. You will have the figure before you commit to anything.
Do you charge for the corporate programme per head?
Corporate wellness is quoted per engagement, based on team size, frequency and whether sessions run at your office or online.
