Our partnership
S-VYASA in Thiruvananthapuram
Anyone can open a yoga studio. What is harder to find is a centre whose protocols come out of a university that researches them.
What S-VYASA is
Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana is a yoga university in Bengaluru. It runs the research that produced the protocols we use, it trained several of our practitioners, and it operates its own integrative health facility. This centre is an industry partner of the university in Thiruvananthapuram.

What it changes for you
Three practical things follow from the connection, and they are the only three worth claiming.
The practices are chosen from a protocol, not improvised. The Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy taught at S-VYASA sets out how to sequence asana, breathing, relaxation and counselling for a given presentation. Your therapist is working from that, not from what they happened to learn on a course.
The qualifications are checkable. Our practitioners hold postgraduate degrees and clinical training from named institutions, listed on each of their pages. That is a different claim from a weekend certification, and you can verify any of it.
Someone senior is reachable. Our advisory team includes guest faculty at the university and an associate professor at Vivekananda Yoga University in the United States. Difficult cases do not stop at whoever is on the mat that morning.
Practitioners who have trained at S-VYASA
Degrees, internships and certifications differ. Each page says exactly which.
Being precise about the relationship
We are an industry partner of S-VYASA, operated by Tone Wellness Solutions Private Limited. We are not a campus of the university, not an outreach centre of it, and we do not award its degrees. What is true is narrower and still worth saying: several of our practitioners trained there, in degrees or in clinical internships, and we work to the protocols the university researches. Others on the team qualified elsewhere, and their pages say where.
We do not hold NABH accreditation at this centre. Where you see that badge on a Vivekananda Health Global page, it belongs to another unit. We would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise.
Start with a consultation, not a class
The consultation is ₹300. We look at your concern, assess what you can comfortably do, and tell you honestly whether we can help.
