Dr. Sreekumar TS

Dr. Sreekumar is Associate Professor with Vivekananda Yoga University (VaYU), USA. He has 24 years of experience spread across technology consulting, project management, corporate training, leadership development, and academics. He has played leadership roles in Infosys and Deloitte and worked with Fortune 500 clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. He has a PhD in Yoga from S-VYASA, Bengaluru. He is associated with S-VYASA for over 20 years and has played various honorary roles and trained under Dr H R Nagendra. He has delivered numerous yoga and mindfulness interventions for corporate multinationals and management institutes. He is passionate about Teaching and Coaching and believes in an inside out transformation.
