Joining a group batch costs ₹1,000 once. The demo class costs nothing. Ask for one when you call, sit in on a real batch, and decide afterwards.

Can I try a class before paying?
Yes. Ask for a demo session when you call or message. You sit in on a real batch, meet the teacher and decide afterwards. There is nothing to pay for the demo.
I have never done yoga. Is there a beginners batch?
Every batch takes beginners. Practice is set to what you can comfortably do on the day you arrive, so you are not held to what the person next to you is doing.
What does it cost?
₹2,500 a month for any one batch at the centre, Monday to Friday, or ₹1,750 a month to join the same batch from home. Joining costs ₹1,000 once.
Where is the centre?
A27, Jawahar Nagar, opposite Shri Thikurissy Memorial, Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram. There is parking, and the earliest batch starts at 5:55 am, before most office hours.
Can I switch between coming in and joining online?
Yes, at no extra cost. The same batch runs at the centre and online at the same time, so you can move between the two as your week requires.
Is there a women-only batch?
Yes, the 10 am batch is women only and is taught by our women yoga therapists.
